SHIPMENTS:
The cost of standard shipping on the Italian national territory 🇮🇹 (delivery in 3/5 working days) is free for orders over 199.99. Up to 199.99 euros, shipping costs 6.99 euros. For disadvantaged areas or islands, shipping costs 10.00 euros. International shipping 🇪🇺🇦🇷🇧🇷🇨🇦🇰🇷🇨🇺🇯🇵🇿🇦🇺🇸 has a cost of Euro 25.00 up to 5 kg in weight and Euro 30.00 for orders of greater weight.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
If you need to return or exchange your order for any reason, we're here to help!
We offer returns or exchanges within 15 days from receipt of the order and the cost of the return will be charged to the customer.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy :
- The discounted items are definitive and it is not possible to receive a refund, exceptionally, for valid reasons, we can issue a return voucher with the same value of the purchased item that can be spent in our online store (men's / women's department), without expiry limits.
- Returned items must still have the tag on and must be returned in the original packaging.
- Returned items must not show any visible signs of wear or use (VERY IMPORTANT!!!).
- If it has a yellow label tag marked with our Kaos logo, it is important to keep it intact, do not cut it!
To initiate a return or exchange, complete the following steps:
- Write us an email at kaoseco56@gmail.com indicating the order ID, the product to be returned, the reason for the return;
- Ship all items to our address;
- within 3-5 working days from the moment we receive the return, we guarantee the replacement of the product or its full refund (if the item has a full price), if all the conditions indicated in our return and exchange policy are met.
- Within 3/5 working days, from the moment we receive the return, we guarantee the issue of the return voucher (if the item has a discounted price), if all the conditions indicated in our return and exchange policy are met.
